Walk to the beach from this newly remodeled 2 bedroom home with pool in the quiet residential K section of the Nosara beaches. MyDream is fully air conditioned. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. There are two bathrooms connected to a shared shower room. MyDream has a fully equiped kitchen.
MyDream is located near the Green Sanctuary hotel and is an easy 7 minute walk to the south entrance for Playa Guiones. (This is real walking time not rental advertising time) The house is surrounded by Mango trees and is regularly visited by howler monkeys and coatimundis(locally called pizote) If on foot the house 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and shops in the new Calle Modelo area. TuckTuck minicabs are readily available to help carry shopping home.

Casita Mi Sueno now refers to a separate upstairs one bedroom apartment that is currently not a rental unit. This apartment may frequently be occupied. Persons staying in the apartment do not have use of the pool while guest are in the house.

Prior to the recent remodel Casita Mi Sueno was a simple one bedroom house. We are aware that pre-remodel pictures of the house have been copied and posted on several sites that fraudulently advertise the the house name and pictures in listings with no available dates, then shunt potential renters to sites that offer different properties for rent. In response we have changed the house name to MyDream and will only rent through Airbnb.
