Rental Policies:
- Weekly rentals start Sat or Sun
- 5 night minimum stay
- 5 night stays must start on Sun, Mon, or Tues ** Exception: isolated blocks of 1, 2, or 3 available nights left over from 5 day rentals can be rented.
- Long term rates do not apply to weeks without the minimum 5 night stay,
- No pets
Reservation Policies:
- 50% payment is required to hold the reservation with full payment due 60 days in advance.
- All payments are made in $ US by wire transfer to the property Mangement in Costa Rica
- Cancellation Policy: All prepayments are non-refundable.
Damage deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $ 200.00 is included.
